1. About Khaista Wear
Khaista Wear is an online clothing store offering clothing products, including unstitched and custom-stitched garments.

2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, colors, descriptions, sizes, prices, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual device and screen settings.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

An order is considered confirmed only after the required payment or payment confirmation has been received.

4. Orders and Customer Information
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and any other information required to process your order.

Khaista Wear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate customer information.

5. Custom Stitching
Custom stitching is available for an additional charge of Rs. 1,500.

A Rs. 1,500 advance payment is required before custom stitching begins. This payment confirms the customer's customization request and covers the stitching service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customization requirements.

Because custom-stitched products are prepared according to the customer's requested measurements or specifications, they are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If a custom-stitched product has a confirmed stitching error caused by Khaista Wear, the customer should contact us so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible return or exchange requests must generally be made within 7 days of delivery.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the issue must be reported to Khaista Wear within 48 hours of delivery, together with the required photographs and/or video.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered through the shipping methods available on our website.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside Khaista Wear's control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All photographs, product images, logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, and other content appearing on the Khaista Wear website are owned by Khaista Wear or used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
